It's been years since I ordered the program, so perhaps they mention this topic in the newer versions of the program. I just wanted to let you all know that I have completed a colon cleanse regimen and have started a liver/gallbladder cleanse about a week ago. I have also been trying to eat organic foods when I get the chance, but it is more expensive than regular foods. They have no toxins or artificial chemicals in them which promotes a better immune system and less prone to anxiety and/or depression. I'm not saying that you absolutely must eat organically to achieve better health, but it helps. Basically, try to eat as healthy as your budget allows you to. Another thing to avoid is aspartamine, which is found in sugar substitutes like nutra sweet, equal, sweet and low, etc. Diet sodas and "sugar free" foods are typically loaded with this crap. This is a chemical based product which some argue is more harmful for anxiety and overall health than regular sugar is. I have been using Xylitol, which is a natural sugar and is much healthier than regular refined sugar and aspartamine. You can find it in most health food stores I believe. I bought it at Whole Foods.
I'd also like to mention the body cleanses. This is really beneficial for good health and well being. Basically, you are flushing out the chemicals and toxins in your system that have been built up for years. An older friend of mine knows someone who did cleanses and started eating healthier and basically "cured" his cancer after traditional medicine failed him. Oh yes, these methods are also great for dealing with cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, you name it. Just make sure you talk with a qualified health practitioner (preferrably one who deals with holistic health) before starting any treatment regimen. Doing these cleanses and eating healthier has made me feel more energetic and less stressful. Feel free to email me at yak0178@aol.com if you'd like to interact with me personally. Even if you just need some emotional support, feel free to email me as well. Tony |
