do i need to spend a whole week on lesson 5?|

i was wondering how long you spent on lesson 5, i listened to the tape and read the workbook ready and i feel like moving on to the next chapter, what do you guys think?

Hi Sara
Because I do not particpate in the use of alcohol or drugs, I excercise regularly and eat a balance diet, I remember thinking I too would "fast track" through this lesson. Remember you are building a bridge with this program and each tape has been proven to be effective when used as perscribed. Now that I have completed the program and achieved excellent results, I would suggest NOT "fast tracking". I took the week to concentrate on recording my every "bite". This act gave me a much greater insight on my diet. All the very best to you, Devad. |

ok thank you devad,,,,,hey i read that you were going to be on an informercial and you know what? ive never even seen any of them on tv not one, my husband ordered this program for me thru the radio,,,,,well i ordered it but he heard about it, and i tried to find the times of informercials but i cant find any on my tv stations i do have the oxygen channel but im not up at 4 am so, ive never seen one, id really like to see the one that your in and any of them at sometime, i think that is so neat that you had such great success with the program, i hope it helps me tons too!! i am a junkfood junkie so i probably do need to listen to lesson 5 three times but i dont want to LOL i am addicted to sugar and i drink two caffeine pops i day but i have to reduce it cause i think it makes me nutty ...anyway i am blabbing,,,,,thank you,
