Hi
Chocolate doesn't seem to bother me. When I really want some I eat just a little bit. Your body will tell you if you have had too much and then you can start adjusting the amount you eat. For example, maybe you can tolerate a 1/2 cup of hot chocolate instead of the whole cup. I don't think you need to cut it out 100% unless even the smallest amounts bother you. Sherra |
