Hi everyone, I've been away for a while because I've been to busy with other things, but now I'm back. I'm on tape 5 and I'm doing ok. I'm taking the "Good Days" vitamins every day and it has helped me out alot. I feel better and I have a stronger and peaceful mind. Subconciously, the program has helped me to think before I react and to calm myself down when I'm feeling anxious. I'm also facing my fears, because they are only thoughts, and there is nothing wrong with asking for what you want or need. I've learned to accept whatever answer they give me. But, It has to be the right answer or else. "Ha ha, ha, only kidding". Well, it's nice to be back in the forum......Miss Everyone....Oli...

Hi, I'm on lesson five too. I like that over time I have slowly incorporated a lot of changes into my diet, so I don't have to try to jump in and do everything differently. the biggest change for me was to stop drinking alcohol (7/31/06) and coffeee sometime in August, and cut way back on my sugar intake. I watched Cesar Milan The Dog Whisperer throughout last winter, and am now walking my three dogs (together) almost every day. they love it, so do I. This program is great, because it is well put together, and comprehensive and inclusive. I'm feeling really blessed by God for steering me to it. Not something I would have chosen to do on my own, but I cried out for help and He heard me. Glad you're back too. I am treating this as a college class and trying to take it seriously without going sideways on the anal end!! Relax have fun. Those are two things I am trying to do more of! love, Carol

Hi Oli - I'm new to the boards but something your posts reminded me of one of the tapes when one of the guys was talking about self talk and things like that and he said he kept repeating to himself "thoughts just thoughts". It's so true. Many times we get so caught up in our thoughts that we forget to live the "precious present moment" as Lucinda calls it. Best of luck...

I'm fairly new as well. I purchased the program a few months ago, but just starting now. Sometimes my thoughts will take over and dominate everything. I know this program will help, I've beeen putting it off for to long. I'm curious if anyone gets anxious on vacation? I always do and i'm going away tomorrow and already anxious about being anxious. I know it sounds crazy.

Thank you for your encoraging words. I did get anxious the first day and night and it seemed to subside after that. I'm back and it was a fun vacation otherwise. THanks for your help
