I am having a really hard time with this tape. I started it a few weeks ago, quit for a while started again and quit again. Each time i did it I got up in the morning and did Tae Bo for two days but then I couldnt sleep at night all 4 times I kept waking up and ended up only getting about 5 hours of sleep. Does anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions.

Hi Eyore,
I have been exercising regularly for years now and it has really done alot to reduce my depression, stress and anxiety. In lesson five of the workbook, you will learn all about the benefits of regular exercise. Anyway, I have an aerobics instructor friend and she told me that Tae Bo can injure your body. I used to do it and I stopped because my body used to ache alot after I did it. I'm not telling you not to do it but in the interest of your safety, I suggest you talk to a trained professional about it. My favorite exercises are walking and running and also stairclimbing as well as weight lifting. They are all really fun if done in moderation. Best Wishes, Lili |
