Okay, I just have to post this for myself so that in a year when my will power is low and I'm feeling bad again I'll know why. I was struggling with the eating healthy...I am a compulsive eater. It looks good and I eat it. If I think about a certain food I obsess until I get some. Well, the program was working pretty well for me, but it just wasn't fast enough. In my head I'm thinking "what more is it going to take!" So, I decided to join Weight Watchers again (for the third time). I lost about 20 pounds last spring and kept it off. I only have like 20 more pounds to go. Anyway, I've been doing it for a week, and I've made such huge progress. I feel so good. I told my husband I have felt more normal this week than I have in about 9 months. I know it has a lot to do with fueling my body with the right things. You know what Lucinda says "Garbage in, Garbage out."

So, to all those wondering if it really makes a difference with your anxiety to eat right, the answer is YES!!!! If I can help convince any of you just ask!

Good luck,
AmberSmiler

Amber,

I'm a WW lifetimer. It does work when you work it. I'm starting over AGAIN. Both programs work - Let me know how you're doing. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one.

I'm up about 40 pounds at the moment but I'm giving up the chocolate and Dr. Pepper's and start with the water and walking.

Hope you're still sticking with it. Good for you!!!!
