Hey everyone I just listened to session 5 audio and I kinda feel like Im just gonna be taking this week off.I dont drink alcohol.I only drink decaf coffee and only a cup a day.Also I dont eat any kind of candy,not even the occasional doughnut or candy bar.I also exercise regularly.I also dont drink any kind of soda.Should I be taking an entire week to learn about the things I already do and if so how do you not get down because you feel like no progress is being made?

Well,maybe you could go thru it just to be a help to others in your group or me whose finished the program and still struggling in this area. I'm even feeling very moody and achy in my body from all the sweets of the holidays. You may not need to spend a whole week on it but I don't think you should skip it either. I do think you need to do the workbook also. Like I said, it may help you to help someone else even tho you think you're already doing it. Too many people this is a huge struggle. I for one will check back for your post to see what ideas you may add to the tape.

Good plan Barb, thanks....The only reason these things are not a problem for me is they are like the straw that broke the camels back.They make me feel horrible on top of how bad I already feel so I just know I cant go there.Kinda like I really dont have a choice.about the tape I just thought that on top of what to avoid there might be more on whats actually good
