That was interesting indeed. thanks for that. Reinforces that I have a good psychiatrist as he told me the same thing. Eat a well balanced diet, don't waste money on buying tons of supplements. One good daily multi-vit is good. Relax , enjoy life, excerise. The basics.

I'm glad you two enjoyed it Smiler .

TL7: I think you must have me confused with someone else on the forum because I've never been in the chat room before. I only go by "amethyst98" so someone else may have the name amethyst or something else close to that. Hopefully no one else has my ID name exactly, because that could get quite confusing Wink .

That was really interesting. I was the one who posted "Great Vitamin-TAKE NOTICE" regarding Vitamin B and I didn't realize all the myths about vitamins. I read that Vitamin B was good for people with anxiety, so I bought a bottle and tried it. While I do think it is part of the overall improvement, it is definitely not a replacement for any nutrients I could otherwise get from food. This post gave me a lot to think about regarding "natural foods." I buy the expensive organic all the time.....now I might do so with a little more caution.
Thanks! Smiler

Peacewithin: You're welcome. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Here are two other articles I have posted previously on organic food that might interest you: http://www.ift.org/cms/?pid=1000486 and http://www.aces.edu/dept/extcomm/newspaper/may21b02.html .

Be careful where you get your information. There is so much false information out there, you wouldn't believe it Wink .

I'm going to post some more info on vitamins in a few minutes too....
