I have just joined a Gym for just women called Curves. I just LOVE it. It is only a 30 min. workout for 3 days a week. It is aerobic combined with weight training--only you don't lift weights you use hydrolic resistance so there is less risk for injury. I highly recommend it. You don't feel intimidated by burly men and there super He-Man muscles. You are surrounded by supportive women. Curves is one of the World's largest fitness franchises. It is easy for me to feel at ease about exercising because it is all women and it seems very supportive.
Cookies-----that's funny, after my grueling session at the gym today, I came home and ate a cupcake and some M&M's. I know, I know, avoid sugar and the caffiene in the chocolate. Sometimes I have a weak moment.
