I don't take a lot of vitamins and such, but I did take her advise on the Royal Jelly. It is a natural food given to the queen bee. Supposed to provide energy. I think it helps. Tammy

You might want to check out the forum for Lesson 14...click on the topic (for the moment it's the current topic) "Breaking the grip of.." in the Lesson 14 section.
I've not read the book...but I know many members here discussed that book in detail in that thread, what they gained from it etc, as well as a number of issues I know are related to your question. Take Care
