A book that has been highly touted on this forum is Breaking the Grip of Dangerous Emotions by Dr. Janet Maccaro. In the book, she recommends taking GABA and a host of other vitamins and amino acids. Has anyone done this? If so, did you find it helpful? I am not much of a pill taker so I am hesitant to try it. If people have experienced positive results, though, I am willing to try it out.

I don't take a lot of vitamins and such, but I did take her advise on the Royal Jelly. It is a natural food given to the queen bee. Supposed to provide energy. I think it helps.

You might want to check out the forum for Lesson 14...click on the topic (for the moment it's the current topic) "Breaking the grip of.." in the Lesson 14 section.

I've not read the book...but I know many members here discussed that book in detail in that thread, what they gained from it etc, as well as a number of issues I know are related to your question. Take Care
