I never listened to tape 5 because I already knew eating good and exercising were key to feeling good and getting past anxiety...and it was something I was already doing. But I decided to listen to it today. Though I think the MWC could devote a few more tapes to this aspect of the Program.....I want to again stress how important it is to get off sugar and caffiene. And I don't mean off for a few days and then splurge. I mean staying totally off of it for a few weeks. You will never be able to see how different you feel unless you "go clean" as Ken says on the tape. And the difference is worth the reduction of anxiety you will feel. Give your poor brain and pancreas and thyroid....adrenal glands a break and break this habit! Both of these substances should be regulated as the doctor mentioned on the tape......they are as powerful as some perscription drugs and the side effects are just as detrimental.

Also getting outside or even to a gym is worth the effort.

If you look back thru the posts of those who have done well on this Program.......they took this part of the plan seriously.
