I am back up to 3 miles in my running. Had a break due to illness a while back. Actually I am up at 4:45 a.m. because a group of people were socializing right outside my open apartment window at 1:45 a.m. talking quite loudly and I didn't have my earplugs in and it woke me up. Haven't been able to go back to sleep. So am biding my time till time to go out for my excercise then will come back and sleep for a few hours. Other than that my week has been rather miraculous. Excercise really does make a difference. It is too sad that those who can't make themselves do it make jokes on those of us who do. Because I have found that once the habit is formed it is fairly easy to maintain. Good luck to us all.

For some of us exercise gives us a significant boost in self esteem. I know it does for me. Good for you! Three miles is great. |
