Hey Everyone, Well I made it through the day today without any sweets or white flour products....like crackers, chips, white bread, etc. I needed to stop on the sweets, I didn't like how I'd feel after eating them and the same with snack foods. So, I decided to basically eat meat, vegetables, and some fruits. I LOVE meat so that's not a problem one bit. I do have to watch the fruits, because they are carbs and I'm limiting them, they make me feel bloated when I eat alot of them, too. I'm not going to say it was a piece of cake to get through today, it's hard when you're used to eating sweets or snack foods everyday to just stop them, but it had to be done, they're not good for your body. Change is something I'm working on accepting and not resisting (isn't that what the program teaches us?!)LOL.... I felt great today, not fatigued, or any headaches, just full of energy so that's something positive to look forward to when limiting these foods. I think it'll get easier after the first couple of days, the cravings hopefully will go away and STAY AWAY!! Just wanted to share this with ya'll! Thanks for listening!

Good for you Dana! It isnt easy to change anything! It takes work and determination to stay away from what we are used to eating. I still struggle with it myself. I have cut down quite a bit, tho. Keep it up and let me know how you are feeling later on too. Good job! Reena
