Hi Grateful. I was checking out a post on sugar, and saw you mentioned that you use Stevia for sweetner. Do you feel this is better than the "blue" stuff, or "pink" stuff, and the "yellow" stuff? Or is it just another "stuff" that our bodies don't know what to do with, and no one is certain as to what using these alternative sweetners will do in the long run.
Hi Roses, Regarding Stevia being different, first off Stevia is a "natural" sweetner and is actually very beneficial to ones health. The "others" are "artificial" sweetners and have caused many problems to peoples health, from increased anxiety symptoms, to seizures, and even death. Myself, I stay clear of those products and highly encourage others to also. You can do a search on Stevia to find many articles regarding the safety of Stevia and the benefits of this wonderful herb. I'm including a couple that I found that I think may benefit you. I had posted a really good article awhile back that I wanted to share but can't seem to find it. Oh well, these have some great info. Hope this information may benefit you. Take good care.
Hi, I hope you are still active in the forums at Midwest. I have a question to ask, do you still take Gaba and L-Theanine? If so, how much do you take? Gary Miller, Jumbogary@Hotmail.com
