Well guys,
Before listening to this Cd, I didn't think I needed this lesson because of course I thought I had it all figured out. About 6 months I totally rid myself of caffeine coffee. I heard prior to this program that it is a stimulant so I stopped drink plain ole coffee. I switched to decafe with very little sugar or sweetner. Well, I really liked this session because it was very informative about how a stimulant affects you and the cycles of what caffeine or sugar will do to you. Ie...give you that temporaty lift for a while then a tiredness plung afterwards. This cd helps by allowing me to replay it when I do forget.
