Hi!
I have had anxiety for, well as long as I can remember! I know it is part of who I am or how I am made up. But I also know i am a product of how I treat myself, mentally and nutritionally. If we are all strung out on caffiene and sugar we pay the price. It is important to treat ourselves well and that includes eating right.
