Well... I was tricked into drinking chocolate milk. No really I was. But I had not had a chocolate piece of candy or a chocolate bar or anything else with chocolate for 2 weeks and the first few days after not eating chocolate I was like...gimme gimme please but then that feeling went away and I started feeling great. I did have 3 miniature snickers bars today because I felt like I deserved it and I ate them and have felt no difference since. So for those of you who don't think it can be done. It can! Oh and also today I drove myself to my appointment and on the way back I took the shorter way back but it's over a short stretch of highway and I did it! WOOHOO!

Thanks Coop. Well I did quit chocolate for two weeks but not for good I have had chocolate like 3 times since then but it is so sparingly now I am proud of myself and I have been driving myself to appts and things like that I am real happy it's just on those days when anxiety is a little bit higher that I get anxious and think I can't do it But I've proven to myself that I can and we all can overcome this. Good job on quitting the Pepsi. I don't drink coke products often just a coke like once every 3 weeks. And a decaf starbucks coffee every 2 weeks yum!
