i know several of these posts say somethign about a product called LThymaine or something like that i got some saturday night and i took onw sunday morning and felt like crap all day i think it even bothered my stomach. what is anyone's input on this subject? i might have spelled it wrong.

Pennie,
L-Theanine is merely an amino-acid. It's derived from green tea. It doesn't make you **feel** anything other than normal but less anxiety. If you felt crappy, then you already felt crappy. I am not sure what type of product you purchased or what is in it, but I suppose that would all depend.
