Hi everyone,
I received an email on aspartame and I knew it wasn't good for you, but every now and then I would eat sugar free foods, well not anymore. If anyone would like me to email this to them I would be happy to. Using aspartame can be linked to alot of the syptoms you get with anxiety. It was very eye opening for me to read this and see just how bad it is and how toxic it can be. Just wanted to share with anyone interested. Thanks!!
Dana

Hi PAGirl,

I would really appreciate your sending me that information by email: toodle@sympatico.ca

I know i consume much too much of it, have heard it isn't good for you and haven't yet looked into why! Just today i ate the most yummy 'fake' icecream....made from 1% milk and aspartame. I thought i was in heaven...found something yummy that wouldn't put on a lb.!!!

Anyway, send it on and i'll 'face the music'.

Thank's very much,
Lindi

I would love to receive that information as well.

For those of us concerned with our diets, what is the alternative to aspartame? Is there any?

Hi guys,
I would love to forward the info to all of you, but I can't figure out how to do it....everytime I try to forward it, it says this message is no longer able to be forwarded, and since I'm very new to the computer I can't figure out how to get around this. If anyone can tell me how to forward it, it's in my filing cabinet in my mail, you can email me....Lovenmy3boys@aol.com
The info is very informative, aspartame is absolutely HORRIBLE for us. I used to eat sugar free things, but not anymore, I'll eat real sugar before I put anymore of that awful junk in my body. From eating it, it can give us symptoms that mimic panic attacks and things that are alot worse than just anxiety. If anyone can help me with this, please feel free to email me.
Thanks,
Dana

Hi Snow,
Aspartame is an artifical sweetner. I believe it's in Equal, among other things.
