am going to start week 5 but i have a? which vitamins are best to take ?? someone told me about complex or something like that but not sure which ones to get i know some came with the program but there pricy any good ones good for us?
Hello butcher I do recall Omega 3 and B Complex being two of the ones highly recommended but I am not sure of what the others might be? In the past I was able to get some decent vitamins from PuritansPride.com and they always have big sales and good prices.I know that some herbs I can't take because they may cause an interaction with my anti-depressants. Vitiamin D seems to be getting the most news right now and many of us don't get enough of it. We naturally produce it ourselves whenever we're in the sun, but with sunscreen being used more often and especially for people in northern climates, many people are not producing enough. It's supposed to be great for many things including stress/attitude and disease prevention. The jury is still out on how much you should be taking and the current recommendations are pretty old.

I just started week 5 today and in our workbook is a large list of all the suggested vitamins. So you will have all your questions answered next week..LOL Or you can take a sneak peak!
