This week I had a panic attack and tried using the week 2 techniques to get it under control. I was taking a vacation day from work on Monday and started to have a panic attack. So I went for a long walk and listened to the Week 3 & 4 tapes. The exercise and tapes really helped me to calm down. But when I got home, I started to have the exact same anxious feelings again.
Its like the tapes are a temporary fix to my problems. I feel that Lucinda's advice makes sense and is very motivating but its like it doesn't stick in my head once the tape turns off.
You have to realize that its very hard to put what the tapes say into actual action for you. I kinda understand what ur going through.. I dont know if youve been through the program entirely but my advice to you is keep practicing and eventually youll find what works for you
