I'm trying to use the recommended program pace - one tape per week - but now that I am on week 4, I feel like I'm getting information overload and that there is not enouph time to complete the workbook exercises.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Am I going to mess up the effects of the program if I slow down the pace a bit? |

Do not overwhelm yourself. That's not the idea of the program. They suggest moving at the one-tape-per-week pace because sometimes individuals get stuck on a lesson and don't want to move on until they perfect it and/or understand it. Completing ALL the tapes gives you ALL the information you need to understand this condition. Doing one tape for too long may make you discouraged and cause you to stop doing the program. It is better to get thru all the tapes and then go back through the whole program or just certain tapes. This way, you know which ones you need to focus on and you feel good about accomplishing your goal.
To answer your question, no, you will not mess up the effects of the program if you slow down the pace a bit. Ultimately, you should do what is best and most comfortable for you. I trust your judgement. Stay committed. You'll do fine. Tammy |

Thanks for the great advice. I'm really getting a lot out of this program and will continue to work on it without getting bogged down on any particular lesson.
Best Regards, Hershey |
