Hello everybody,
I have been slack these past few months. I have not been listening to my tapes or doing the relaxation. Ive basicaly been doing it half way and not put my full effort into it. I panic when I travel and I did well the last few times but now I am feeling more antisapatory anxiety. How nice it would be to think of a trip and not have a rush of fear go through my body! Should I start over? I made it to the 4th tape. Thanks for your help, Mick |

Mick, I'm not sure whether you should start over or not. I think that what I would do is review the first tapes, and then decide. It is great to hear that you were doing so well, but we all have our off days, weeks,etc.

The firt time I went through the program, I did exactly what you are doing, and it didn't work for me. The second time I tried to do everything that was suggested, and I followed as closely as Iwas comfortable with, but I made some changes that suited me better. I'm not a writer, so the journal never worked for me. I personally felt that positive affirmation tapes, as well as the program tapes worked great for me, and also I love to read, so positive affirmation books were helpful. The progrm is a great tool, and guide, but you must make t work comfortably for you personally...it works..i am panic attack free...it is a daily struggle, but soooooo worth the struggle!
