Things are getting better, I can feel it. I got some terrible news this morning about a job opportunity, thought about it, and just went, hmmff. Next?
I didn't get to spend as much time as I would have liked on the 3rd week of the program, but I will come back to it some this week. I still find myself with negative thoughts, and understand that it's going to take some time for me to over come them. Now, where's my buddy who should be on week 4 with me now? Thank you, woke up feeling GREAT this morning and looking forward to a busy and productive day around the house. Both my girls are off school today, so we're going up to my wifes work in a few minutes to BUG her. I'm still a little nervous over my plane flight coming up... but... no-where near what I was 1 month ago! Darlene???? I better send her an email and see how she's doing. How funny, here it is may 7th of all things and I am still procrastinating on week 3! I decided today to check out lesson 4 here a little and see what it is about and things are pretty tame here. I will move on and see how I can expect less of myself and maybe get more.
