Jonathan,
I am sorry to hear that you lost your aunt. It is always a hard concept to handle, when we lose someone that we love. I can only offer words of comfort by saying that you do not have to walk this road alone. You have family and friends who care for you, and our willing to help you through this, and you can help then. I read that you have been having questions about lesson 4, but this could be one of the lessons that really helps you. Don't put expectations upon yourself on how you should handle your grief. We all grieve in different ways, but it is important to do so; and there is not timetable. Life is an amazing gift, we sometimes never really realize this until we are given a limit or a challenge. But life isn't always fair. We do not know how much time we have, however it is what you do with your time, no matter how big or small, is what will give your life meaning. I may not get this right, but I remember this line from a movie, "Sometimes we are given just a minute, and sometimes we are given years, it is what we do with that, is our choice. (and choice is an amazing gift as well.) Know in your heart that your aunt loves you. Know that you are not alone. Continue the program and do not give up. Listening to tape 4 may sound different to you today, than yesterday. My sympathies and my blessings are with you. Linda
