I have just finished lesson 4 and scored a 56 on the expectation's test. The max is 60, this blew me away. I think this is my core problem. I also realized that my anxiety is the highest on Sunday evenings - knowing that I have to go to work on Monday. This also reminded me of why I used to miss so many Mondays back in high school. Does anyone know what this is all about? What can I do to get over my Monday morning blues?

Your self talk is key here. Find out what you saying to yourself about Monday. Why do you not like it? What does it symbolize to you? Have you had any bad experiences on Mondays? Panic attacks? Do you ever look forward to a Monday? These are questions you can ask yourself to get the ball rolling.
