Correct me if I'm wrong. This is just a thought or revelation of mine. But i think people with anxiety disorders were gifted people that were given an extra trait in their style of thinking.
While the average Joe thinks in the third dimension. being length width and volume. We were given an extra trait which I am not exactly certain what it is. So as lucinda says when its introverted.. I see it like we are lost in that fourth dimension. Going through the program SQUARES US IN THAT DIMENSION. I am currently on my fifth lesson. But lesson number four allows you to see again. and around or by lesson four, you should be able to start walking toward the right direction that dominates this dimension very few people were gifted with.
I hope this gives people insight, or a better view if they cant see the light at the end of te tunnel yet...
I never brag, how real i keep it... Cuz thats the best secret...

I definatly agree. Im glad im not the only one that sees it or can understand it through this perspective. Yes definatly is deep and confusing. But thats whats so beautiful about the world.Dont you agree?
Direction is definatly one, if not the most important key role play in staying grounded. It allows you to have hope, and think in a longeavity format. Living in the today for tomorrow. That is what wakes me up with a smile on my face. I love a challenge.

Dear Mr Wallas
Good advise.

YeAh I know.Certain things weren't made for certain people. The only thing that sucks is that once you get to this point that I'm talking about it feels good, But its only the beginning. Theres still a bunch of stuff left incomplete thats pretty tough to deal with. For example the mood swings... /
(to: ILL WiLL)
But it's ok... Look how far I've come, and the way I've changed, So what if Im still anxious,I"m proud of all of my accomplishments...And i have tools to control panic, I can handle sad feelings....And recovery's a gradual prcess,Nobodys grading me..I am working at my own pace..And I am not going to put extra pressure on myself...I got here wrking step by step and i will an can contnue the sae way. I can still focus and take care of my prioritys and responsibilitys... I am doing good... (FrOm WiLLy WaLLaS)

Makes sense to me!

"Ignorance is Bliss!" is real.

The more we know, the more we have to be afraid of.

I am attracted to real-life blood and guts stories. This is also what makes me worry. (?) Things that really happen!

I remember worrying about wrecking on the Matthews Bridge in Jacksonville, Florida and being afraid my car would go over the side into the water.

My counselor said it never happened and chances were that it was designed so that wouldn't happen.

Guess What? A lady lost control---her car flipped and since she didn't have a seat belt on she flew out of her car over the edge. I think she lived. Can't remember if some fisherman got her real quick or what.

Another fear was that someone would come in and get my kids at night while we slept and rape and kill my children. Again, how absurd?

Anyway, the local pizza delivery man crawled through windows where he delivered pizzas at night and raped little boys. He was caught leaving wearing a diaper.

Weird stuff does happen.

Get out and walk...five minutes today, six minutes tomorrow...until you work your way up to 30-45 minutes and day and see how much better you feel in just a few weeks.
