Ive been recently having this problem with week three. Everytime I have a negative thought, i replace it and it feels like another part of me reverses it. Sometimes I feel like im going crazy! For example negative thought is " I feel worthless" my positive would be " its ok gabe, your not worthless, your just not feeling your best", then it feels like a negative immediatley comes into mind i say " NO! your worthless" Has anyone every experiencexd this?! If so what is it and how do u counter it, i just been sort of flowing with it? can anyone help? thanks

Hi! Iknow exactly what you mean...sometimes you just can't seem to get rid of that negative thought. I wish I had a good answer for both of us, but I haven't really had any luck with that yet myself. I have a really close friend that I tend to seek reassurance from, and sometimes that helps. Sorry my answer isn't more helpful, but I did want to let you know you aren't alone.
