While I am sitting here listening to the sessions for this week for the 3rd time. I realized that everytime I get to pick up the workbook to do week three I couldn't. So I went back to week 2 and went through the cards. I exercised this morning which I had not done in 3 days and prayed my morning prayers. Now I am doing week three in the workbook and have made a place in my journal for all the negative thoughts I need to replace. I went to a holiday ball alone and left alone after feeling anxious overcrowded and essentially lonely. I took a drive and came home to a bedroom full of loving and doting kids. They had no idea how much that meant to me. Among other things I got a call from my guy friend after not hearing from him since thanksgiving via email and it made my day but I didn't tell him that since he didn't tell me where he had been. Tous chez! I am making strides and getting out there and I am really worth it. A work in progress the operative word being progressing.
