Would you rather be worried about being perfect or enjoying your imperfections?

My friend is having me email him everyday saying 3 things i'm greatful for. I find this useful as it strengthens the positivity. The more you put into it...the more you get out

So...what are you greatful for?

Mike

- My husband, who loves and supports me through this nightmare called anxiety.
- My family, they know how to make me laugh.
- My friends for (gently) pushing me beyond my comofort zone.
- God, because when I feel alone and scared He is the only true comfort that keeps me going.
- School, without it I would have nothing to do during the day.

I am greatful for God and my family - my hubby and 3 kids and sisters and brothers and friends. I am thankful for my puppy and my home and my job and my new soft socks. I am thankful for the rain we finally got today and for all the soldiers protecting us. I am truly thankful for this program that is saving my life and letting me enjoy all the things I am thankful for. I used to be thankful for chocolate, too - but not anymore!!!!

I've done this before and it REALLY WORKS!
I'm gratefull for:
This program and the great tools it provides
A new start on life
Four great (not perfect, like I used to expect) children and spouses
God's handiwork
My job that provides for my needs
physical health
Why? BECAUSE gratefullness is a character trait that will help me be more "Christlike"

I'm truly grateful for all of you. You have all enriched my life in some way or helped me grow. Sometimes it took a while to see the light with some people and it was a stretch but I needed to be stretched.
