I don't think that there is anything wrong with taking extra time with a particular lesson if you think you need more time to work on it. If a school teacher were teaching a lesson and her students were not grasping the concepts right away, she would naturally take more time and review the lesson further. I think the reason for the program telling you to move on even if you feel you haven't quite mastered the chapter is because the skills are all meant to work together. If you get side tracked on one specific chapter then you are not learning the other skills needed. Taking a little extra time on a certain chapter though is not going to hurt anything. Just don't get "hung up" too long in any one area. Remember once you finished the program you can review the whole thing again and focus on the areas that still need work.
Happy learning! |

I'm still new at this, I'm only three weeks into the program, but if you don't mind my saying, I think if you stay in each lesson for so long you're never gonna get ride of that anxiety, just by reading your post you sound anxious because you think you're doing it wronge. just move on if you haven't got all the information it is probably better, you won't harp on it so much. I'm still not sure that I mastered the six steps to stopping an anxiety attack but to tell you the truth I haven't had an anxiety attack in over a week. I even went shopping (very small list) by myself, but Like Lucinda said That's more than I did two weeks ago and I'm proud.
