I am feeling much better after last week...I posted something and it was all negative and sappy. I was basically feeling sorry for myself and I had a hard time that day but now I feel great. I just want everyone to know that I have been happy with no panic attacks or little to no anxiety for 3 days in a row...Isn't that great
I guess the reason why I am posting this is because it really does get easier and I want everyone to know this. I just hope that everyone can gain the strength that I have. I really feel like I am taking back control of my life and I like that feeling. My only problem now is keeping this feeling alive and having a more relaxed attitude instead of worrying all of the time. i know that you all can probly relate. I just have one question for everyone and anyone....It isn't a complete question but if I could get someone to right back on this I would be happy. I am a complete dreamer so my though that I'd like replies on...(MORE THAN 1) is what in your life makes you happy? And in that thing that makes you happy how much time do you spend being happy about that certain thing... Please give me feed back |

I have been depressed and off my antidepressant for 2 months. Today, it's like a cloud lifted and I'm doing okay. I guess now we have to be sure we don't "what-if" think and obsess about trying to stay this way! Helen |
