Does anybody know a good site that lists positive statements/affirmations? I once found a really good one with alot of them but I'm not sure where it is now. Thanks if u can help.

I know you said site but I have a few cds from Bob Griswold that does positive affirmations. One is called overcome fears and anxiety auto-matically and you play it in the car while driving. Music is kinda corny but once you get past that it can be very helpful. If you want, when I listen to it tomorrow I can write down some of theres for you and post them here.

Faith is the thread we hang onto when our life is falling apart. Sometimes faith is right there, holding us up, keeping us light so that hard times feel managable. And other times we have to "act as if" we have faith to get through the tough times. Prayer strengthens our faith.

I can forgive myself if I need to and I will move on to live in the present. I am feeling about as usual today, neither better nor worse and that’s ok. Still, I've had special things happen today. I can think of something beautiful about today. Today may not be the very best day of my life, but it’s not bad at all, there are positives I can find. I can create my own experience. When I think of the people who love me, I feel a little surge of warmth. Maybe the whole world does not admire me, but there are people who look up to me and respect me. I respect myself! I have confidence in the things I dol. Compared to some years ago, I have grown enormously. When I have doubts, they are often a sign of strength, not weakness. I have a strong commitment to improving myself. I think that I'm really a pretty good person. Sometimes I forget how fortunate so much of my life is. I like a lot of things about myself. I like a lot of things about the people I care about. I take special pleasure in a nurturing home life. I have a promising future. I am doing better and better every day, I can notice my positive changes. I trust that I am healing. I trust that by using my skills I am getting better. I can handle any situation that arises. I have an abundance of strength and energy. I know I am not going crazy. Feeling this way is just part of anxiety. I'm going to relax and float with it and not let it scare me. I can and will sooth myself with comforting, nurturing words that reassure me that I am ok. I am confident that the positive steps and positive self talk will change the way I feel. I will feel better. The skills are working. I trust the program and the skills I have been using. I am going to start loving myself unconditionally. I know I am doing the best I can and I am trying really hard to make positive changes. I am grateful to have support all around me, my family, my friends and through the MWC forum.
