I have been dealing with general anxiety and panic for over a few years now. I am currently in week 3 of the program. Some days are better then others at this point. However, at work…I have still been dealing with very anxious situations when even just talking to a coworker. I try to think positively, but usually it feels like it’s ‘too late’. I just feel like the attack is the inevitable, and is going to overtake me no matter what I am thinking.

Now at this point, I can tell this is all linked to my 'negative' thoughts. Does anyone have any tips for avoiding negative thinking...and replacing it with positive thoughts? How can I catch and stop myself immediately upon these negative/fearful thoughts working their way into my mind?
