Guys Lucinda mentions a Shad Helmstetter book. He also has positve self-talk cd's out. I HIGH RECCOMMEND THEM. My parents who are huge into positive self- talk have had them for years and listen to them daily. I obviously never did. I heard Lucinda mention it and I AM HOOKED!!!! ty about the cd's...thats the self esteem book? ooo, i read it, but need a big boost right now--family of origin stuff new information so hurtful. cd's are so good, i can exercise and listen...kill two birds with one stone. will get off here and see about getting them. ty again.
