There are times when no matter if I had enough sleep, I'll be feeling just fine and then out of no where this extreme tired feeling comes over me. Like I just want to find a bed right then and there. It's an uncomfortable tired feeling to me I don't feel drowsy but a sudden heavy tired feeling. It does go away like 10-20 mins after it arrives most of the time. It's just weird. Does this happen to any one else?

hi Brandi... I know exactly what your feeling. I used to feel, and on occasions still do, so sleepy all at once that I felt as if I couldn't stay on my feet. My eyes would even get tired, and like yours it would go away all of a sudden. My psychiatrist told me it was a self-protection mode. I have noticed that the better my anxiety problem has got the less this happens.

Thanks Deener, I almost thought I was alone on this one. I still get this feeling, yesterday I went shopping with a friend, and while we were in the store that sudden tiredness hit me out of no where but this time it stayed with me for the rest of the day! I went home and went to bed, I stayed in bed waking up off and on, but didn't get up really until the next morning, and I went to bed around 6 in the evening! I don't like that feeling, it makes me feel like something is wrong. I've had all kinds of tests done, so I guess I'll just try to stay positive, and keep moving in the program!

Good for you Brandi way to stay positive. You may find that even when you don't feel so anxious, you still get this tired feeling. I did and do. I have found though that even if my anxiety isn't off the chart usually if I get tired something is bothering me even if it's something really teeny tiny! ha So just try to stay positive, keep telling yourself that nothing is wrong even if you don't believe it because one day BOOM you will believe it. Don't give up on the program. If you need any help I would be glad to compare notes! haha Good luck!

This program helped me recover from those attacks of fatigue. After a panic attack I would have to drop everything and go to bed. I used to think I was depressed but from the program found out that the fatigue was the by-product of a panic attack. Since I have learned to deal with my panic attacks, unexplained extreme fatigue is no longer a problem. Being relieved of that burden has been quite a blessing and has helped transform me into a person with a can-do attitude and the energy to go along with it.

Yes I definatly have these feelings, spent a lot of time in bed. I too think this program will help. And I do notice on stressful day I definately am more tired yet have trouble really relaxing. The positive thinking does help. Good to know this program has helped others with this. Thanks.
