Hey everyone, I'm ready for session 4, and I'm on way to beating this disorder! Session 3 was very helpful, I did the homework, and it really helped. I started to get out more, do a lot of positive talk and learned the only way to conquer this anxiety is to go through it.

I made myself get out more! When I felt it coming on I breathed and self-talked. The hardest part was being positive, I continue to work on this everyday.

Hang in there everyone, do everything the program asks everyday! Also, being spiritual helps, I know God is with me, and I say this in my self-talk all the time. It helps!

Big Grin Suz, thats really great! Thank you for giving hope to all of us. We need as much inspiration as we can get! Keep up the good work and cross that "Anxiety bridge" soon!

I am so glad to hear you got so much out of Session 3. I am still working on Session 2 and I am having more anxiety attacks but the six steps outlined have really helped me. Did any of you have trouble sleeping? I have been having trouble falling asleep each night and I wake up each moring worrying which brings on the anxiety attacks. I am going to stick with the program and see if it helps, especially my sleeping at night.
