hi, i have this feeling that there is something at the top of my throught and it makes me feel gaggy and i worry all the time about throwing up at school and it bothers me all the time and when im distracted from it its not there and its hard to distract yourself at school. thank u all for the help

Be brave. Think hard on your work . Pray lots.
Take deep breathes in through your nose out through your mouth. close your eyes and concentrate on a place that is comforting to you. make new friends and relax.hard huh. hang in there. find something that you enjoy doing so you can keep your mind off the fear. angie |

also stretch out your neck into better posture and swuare your shoulders back good posture, sip alot of water thru the day...do the 's" sound quietly inside your throat as it is syuppossed to relax the voacal cords if thats part of your problem (iy id mine problem) and try to stand up and walk around verses sitting crunched up.....it is hard my frined if your is like mine. eat lesser amounts and keep the food groups varied..chew slowlyl take long good posture walks regularly....and drink a little bubbly/to burb or alka seltzzer...get that air you swollowed out...then begin breathing right to your belly slowly and out thru pursed smile...and calm yourself down. lesson 3 negative self bashing /worry often at the heart of these things, so lesson 3 continue best wishes
