I started week 3 of the program yesterday, and it felt like a break through, after listening to the tape I took a hike which led me to beautiful waterfall, I was able to enjoy the moment, which has been really hard to do these days. I know I have a long way to go but to notice there has already been some progress is very comforting. I wish everyone luck on this journey and hope that you reach your waterfall.

Keep up the good work!
Remember to write down how good you feel, about your progress, and what you've accomplished in your journal. Then, should you have a bad day and need a reinforcement that the program and you are working, you will have it to read and realize your are only having a not so perfect day. ------------------ Always Hopeful, Betsy H. Thanks for the supportive reply New Hope and Betsy. And Betsy I'll definitely take your advice regarding the journal entry, I need something to remind me that it's my choice to recall a good memory and not always default to my negative ones.

Hey Vince! That's so great-your waterfall! I recently was having a really bad time with my family. No one letting me into the conversation, feeling like the big loser of the group. I thought about taking a nap to escape, but instead I went out and weeded one of the flowerbeds. It felt good to be out there in the wind! Anyway, just wanted to give you a pat on the back.
