I'm kind of struggling to keep going on. I'm on the expectations lesson. But i feel off balanced because i started the lesson at the end of the week. College also started up and i have sooo much homework, i just feel so tired at the end of the day and I just don't feel like doing the hw/listening to the tape. I also feel pressured for strictly following the weekly schedule. I'd rather do it on my own time. Do you guys follow the weekly schedule? thanks for any help!

Yes, I know how you are feeling. I have had
my kit for little over a week and really haven't got into it because I work a full-time job. By time I get home I am too tired to listen or read the books. But don't give up. Do it at your own pace. |

I have been doing this for years. I mean it! I never got past sesson 4. I now have put my mental heath first. I have to. I feel like I have had enough of living like this that I want to get better. I want to live!! Make it a priority. That's not what you wanted to hear eh?
