Pixy, YOU GO GIRL! I know just how you feel.  I'm on lesson three right now, and I "what-if"-ed for 2 weeks about standing in line at the store (something I knew I had to do, to get through that "anticipatory wall".) I practiced my positive thinking, took it one step at a time, one moment at a time, and when I got in the line, WOW. Not one bad thought. I just thought, "this isn't bad at all and so what if it gets bad?" "Big deal!". I walked out of there on cloud nine. I was SO proud of myself. ~Kim~
