I started the program 3 years ago but went only to week five and gave up I learned how to deal a little and decided that was good enough.I started over because I want to get over all my limitations and just to feel better in general.I'm in week 3 and feeling very optimistic I've been feeling much more comfortable in social situations and while driving. I 'm getting good at noticing when I'm having a negative thought and changing my inner dialogue.I want to go to nursing school in a few years when my kids are older. If I think about that it still scares me. I just have to remember not to catastrophise so much! I can do it and so can you!!!!!!!!!!

Pixy, YOU GO GIRL! I know just how you feel. Big Grin I'm on lesson three right now, and I "what-if"-ed for 2 weeks about standing in line at the store (something I knew I had to do, to get through that "anticipatory wall".) I practiced my positive thinking, took it one step at a time, one moment at a time, and when I got in the line, WOW. Not one bad thought. I just thought, "this isn't bad at all and so what if it gets bad?" "Big deal!". I walked out of there on cloud nine. I was SO proud of myself.
