Hey farmboyfox,
I think I know what you're talking about. I think up scenarios in my mind all the time about situations that might happen to me and what I could do, or will do to get out of it, if it does happen. I over analyz everything and much of the time, things don't even happen the way I think they will, but that doesn't stop me from repeating the same thought process again in other situations. That's one of the biggest reasons for finally getting this program, I don't want to react to life this way, the rest of my life. I too am paranoid about just about everything, but I do think this program is helping. I just started week 3, so I'm still a rookie, I guess. But, to answer your question, if you're crazy, so am I.
