I'm about to start Lesson Three today however don't feel I'm even ready. I'm still trying to grasp the concepts in the first two lessons. Is this norm or am I just 'slow' in getting 'it'?
I've been trying to use the relaxation tape every day however admit to missing a day here and there as well as my daily lesson. Is this an 'ok' thing to do? I feel as if I'm letting myself down when I miss a day. I plan on going away for a month on Wed and WILL be bringing my workbook/CDs with me. I don't want to be that far behind. |

Of course its an ok thing to do to miss your relaxation tape..NO ONE IS PERFECT.
And dont worry about "not getting" every lesson right away( wow...i just had a moment here...Im always thinking I have to get eveyrthing right away..but I digress....) it takes at least a week for the info to start sinking in. Let me give you an example... I did the program for the 1st time 10 months ago and did NOT get lesson 4 until several months later haha..so dont be so hard on yourself! |
