Hello everyone,
I have finished the program and I have started it again. I'm on Session 3. Just wondering who else is on Session 3. I've learned so much and I'm still learning. I don't think you ever stop learnng and growing in life. To those who are on Session 3 for the first time stick with the program. Do all the sessions. It's not how fast you do it, it's what you get out of it. If you have to stay on a session 2 weeks, 3 weeks, whatever, the important thing is you understand and apply the skills. What seems hard will become second nature. It just takes time, patience, and practice. You will get there. Believe me if you really want it.

My best to everyone and thier recovery,
Inside Man

Inside Man ~ I want to thank you for your post! It was just what I needed as I was feeling a bit discouraged today. Do ya think I am having some negative thoughts? Smiler I was wondering if you could spend two weeks on a session instead of one. I began Session 3 today. It may take a couple of weeks with this one. We have just started back to school after summer vacation and I always find the transition back to school difficult. It has been easier as I was on Session Two. I am an elementary school counselor so I am hoping that I can use what I learn with some of my students in individual counseling. You helped me put things back in perspective. Thanks and have a great day. Robin in VA

i finished the programn 10 years ago, and I cannot describe the person I am today....I can almost say that I am glad that I went through this dreadful condition. I am a much better person today. I am strong yet sensitive, loving yet cautious, smart but with yet a lot to learn, Scared never anymore, anxieties reappear but nothing I cannot handle, obsessive only temporary. Continue listening to all your tapes, because in years to come you will always listen like I do today. I am becoming a Social Worker and hope to help people that are still suffering from depression and anxiety.

Good Luck, I am here if you need a word of encouragement....The program works so don't give up.

HI Nancy ~ Thanks for the encouraging words. I am pretty stubborn so I won't give up. I just have to realize you will have discouraging days even on the program. Good luck with your social work degree. I cannot tell you how having Panic Disorder has helped me in helping my kids with their complex problems. It is amazing what foes on in the lives of some PreK through 5th grade children. I'm sure you will find that in social work. Take care and I am glad you are out there.
