I guess I'm just feeling really down right now. It's been a hard few days. I have had anxiety as long as I can remember, with phobias that keep me from doing much of anything productive. I have already been through the program once. I can't afford therapy, or personal coaching... I'm so discouraged. It's hard to believe that anyone has ever recovered from this. And if they have then why can't I?

The only advice that I could give to you is, to re-do the program...you will get so much out of it the second time and even third time around. Remember everytime you feel anxious it is an apportunity for you to use your skills and not get caught up in that ugly circle. I know that when we are feeling anxious it is hard for us to focus or to even believe that we will ever get better. But let me tell you I have been dealing with this for two years straight and it is getting easier and easier when i have my moments to get through them. So hang in there and don't freak out just sitting there and feeling sorry for yourself is not going to heal you ...it will only make you feel worse....especially when you give your body messages that healing is impossible....if you feel that you will not recover...then you won't
take care of yourself
