I started listening to session 2 today. Not quite done, but I'm liking this one more than the first. I will be listening to this one mmore than once. I did my workbook homework for Session 1 as well.
I have a lot of anxiety and only one full-blown panic attack. (Heart racing, feeling like it's going to come out of my chest.... ) But, I guess maybe the "panic attacks" that Lucinda talks about is something I go through quite a lot. I just wanted to post that I'm getting back on track and up-to-date with the program. I feel better today than yesterday, but I have a LOT of anxiety. I may need to listen to Session 2 twice today! ~ Smile; it's contagious! ~ |

Morning! I find that I listen to the tapes as much as I can. I get to listen to them while I'm at work, so I will listen to the week I'm on pretty much every day, it just helps enforce that I'm not the only one out there. I have listened to all the sessions at least once, but I'm trying to stick to the one session per week when it comes to actual practice of the techniques.
Breathing seems to be the big thing in anxiety. I find that distraction is more my key. Have a great Friday Ramona |

I like your positive attitude and would like to share. I have spent every weekend locked in my house. I only leave my house to go to work. I started my second week on the program. Saturday, I went to the gym. Sunday, I went ot Church, then the gym. Sunday night a male friend ask me to go dancing this next weekend. I am finally getting a handle on it.
