Hi, my name is Trina,
Just wondering how often other people have panic attacks? I had accupuncture done twice this week, started Yoga, and am now experiencing a panic attack once a day. They are losing their force though, not as strong and stop quicker. Is this from the Yoga and accupuncture? My accupuncturist said my body is releasing the stress and not to worry. The accupuncture was for the anxiety and stress.

Getting annoying but I still am staying calm during them and keeping my attention diverted when they happen.

I personally suffer from them at least four a week now, but before I started this program (four wks ago now) they were three or four a day. But because of my lousy perfectionistic (gee is that even a word lol) I feel like its not happening quick enough and I still feel down a lot. I keep trying to remind myself that this is good, I am making progress. I am also trying to stay calm while they are happening, and they aren't as bad. I would LOVE to do yoga and am trying to find some disks to do at home. Good luck and keep up the good work.

wow!!! I wish I knew about this program 18 years ago. It seems like your progress is slow but you are doing excellent!!! It's great that you are able to go to yoga. Keep up the good work. God bless you!!!!!!!
