I was sexually harassed at work and currently still have to work at the same place at the man that did it. I feel anger about him still having a job. What he did as my boss, he should have been fired. Now, he has a woman badgering me and yelling at me about knowing about what happened and that I am untrustworthy. How do I handle the anxiety with this situation?

This is a very SERIOUS infraction. Did you inform him that you were offended by his action(s) or ask him to stop? Did you let HR know immediately? Going forward is not easy and there are some reprecussions for those that do. However, there are laws to protect you. I worked as an intern for a Civil Rights attorney for two years. I am pretty abreast of what the laws are and what an employee needs to do.
