Hi,
I'm so glad to have found this site. Just finished Session 2 and learning, learning. Not feeling like that strong gal right now. During the day, I'm struggling with brain fog and tingly scary feelings. I'm a sr. manager in an intense company. Any signal of weakness, or the "underbelly" gets a lot of attention, and I used to do OK, but struggling now. I moved away from family and friends for a great job opportunity and feeling vulnerable.
