I am currently doing session 2 of the program. I think I am doing great with my progress. I have been dealing with this for about 10 years now. It actually started out as panic attacks and over the years, I have worked through them and I don't really get them anymore, however, fear of them returning and other negative thoughts are creeping up on me whenever they can. I have been working on that for the past 2 weeks now and I am starting to feel a bit better and be more confident that I can kick these bad habits to the curb... This program was a great choice for me! Sometimes I am still a little confused and ask myself, am I doing everything o.k., am I trying hard enough and then I tell myself: Of course you are, don't even go there, Your doing Great!

I am on sess 2 also. Had problems for 20 years!!!!! hard to believe. I get on myself for not doing everything perfectly. I am just doing it day by day, and dismiss the neg thoughts of
not doing everything like every day.

Great job on doing the program! The reason you have a fear of the panic attacks returning is because you don't fully understand them and know that they will not hurt you. You can control the feelings, and once you don't fear something it can't have a hold on you. Really use your skills and put yourself out there to experience it through. With practice and consistency, you'll see that you have nothing to be afraid of, plus gain a ton of self confidence. You have the power to lose the fear of the panic attacks.

Also, try being more kind to yourself, nobody is perfect, don't strive for perfection, it will only make you more anxious. You're doing great, keep telling yourself that.

Keep up the great work, you can get through this!
